Dr. Abba Sayyadi Ruma, former Minister of Agriculture and Water Resources is dead.
Ruma’s uncle, Alhaji Sada Salisu Ruma, said Ruma died in a London hospital, saying the dead fought diabetes for a long time before dying to it.
Ruma, a key minister of the late President Umaru Musa Yar’adua’s government, was born on March 13, 1962. He leaves behind two wives and nine children.
