The residents of Wu County view Zhou Chu, a young man with supernatural abilities, as an outsider because he is stubborn and rebellious and frequently acts badly while intending to do good. Zhou Chu killed the white-fronted tiger demon one night to protect the kids outside the city, but surprisingly, the tiger king (played by Chen Guokun) shows up to help the Wu people.
